Reproduction Thompson SMG Buttstock Slide Catch Assembly

After spending months looking for an assembly for our Thompson 1928A1, we were unable to find one. So we made them. Mirroring as closely as we could to the original drawings, we hopefully save new collectors and buyers the same headache of searching and not finding parts they need. Offering them in steel and aluminum. The steel is going to be very authentic and durable. However, in our testing, that extra durability was not needed. Because of this, we began making them out of aluminum as well. This allowed us to make a budget option that held up to typical use. Once coated with respective coatings, and mounted to the firearm, it is virtually indiscernible that it is aluminum.

We test fit each assembly by hand to several stocks we have in our shop. You may see some handling marks from this process and the screws will have marks on them from being mounted. **With variations and tolerance stacking, there may be some fitting required on the purchasers end for final fitment**
